The rooftop bar at sunset had an unreal view, really reminded me of the simple pleasures I used to love. We indulged in a bamboo massage that melted away a week of stress, just perfect for unwinding.

The staff are super friendly, especially Tuyên and Hương—they made our stay extra enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfy with a great large bathroom! Only downside? The WiFi was pretty spotty.

I encountered persistent issues with the air conditioning cutting out unexpectedly, and the overall hygiene during breakfast hours was questionable due to overcrowding and chaotic conditions. Some food items seemed recycled, and I noticed cleanliness issues, such as tissue wiping tables without proper sanitation.

i had a great stay at thanh lich royal boutique. the staff was outstanding, showing incredible customer service and warmth. the location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk to the citadel. the rooms are nicely decorated and the indoor pool is a lovely spot to relax after a day of exploring.

one mild critique is that the walls were a bit thin, allowing some noise from the hallway.
